Terms of Service

DoLessWork ("the Service", "we", "us") is a business operations platform combining AI automation with human virtual assistants ("Magic Virtual Partners"). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service and what it costs

The Service is new and under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice, and availability is not guaranteed.

Engagements are agreed in writing before they begin: a one-time $5,000 pilot engagement (7–14 days), and — only if you choose to continue — a full-system engagement of $15,000–25,000 whose exact scope and price are stated in its written scope. Both are billed by invoice; there is no card on file. Human Partner time, if you choose to use it, is billed separately by the hour, at the rate stated in your written scope, with no minimum and no retainer.

Where AI voice answering is enabled on your workspace, an active run plan includes up to 1,000 answered minutes per calendar month. Voice answering is an optional add-on: it is not included in the pilot or in the full-system build price, and it is switched on only when you ask for it. Your current usage is always visible in your workspace before anything is ever billed. If you go past the allowance we will talk to you about additional capacity first. We will not add a charge you did not agree to, and we will not switch your calls off without telling you. We do not bill per minute, and you are never charged for hang-ups, dead air, or spam.

Invoiced engagements are settled by bank transfer, or as agreed on the invoice. What is and is not refundable is set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms, and in each engagement's written scope. You will never be charged without agreeing the price in writing first.

2. Your account and workspace

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity in your workspace. Workspace admins control who they invite. You must be authorized to act for the business you register.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, to send spam, to harass anyone, or to capture data from people without a lawful basis. Lead, order, and call intake endpoints may only be pointed at properties you control. We may suspend workspaces that abuse the Service or threaten its integrity.

4. AI and human assistance

Parts of the Service use AI models to score leads, draft answers, and route work, with human Partners handling judgment calls. AI output can be wrong; review it before relying on it for significant decisions. Where a human Partner acts in your workspace, that activity is recorded in your audit trail.

5. Your data

Your workspace data stays yours. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your workspace data from the Compliance page at any time.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Ending things

You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your workspace at any time via the contact form. We may terminate workspaces that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continued use after a change means acceptance.
